Living Artists

 

This book features 61 visual artists who are living among us. It has a 3D anaglyph section with art images that you can view through 3D glasses.

In addition to the traditional drawings, paintings and sculptures, there are stitched paper, time/space installations, box constructions, magazine cutouts, excavated books, monofilaments, found objects, crocheted fiberglass, synthetic hair, lipstick capsules and a handmade paper project.

Even the traditional drawings, paintings and sculptures are extraordinary. They range from collage paintings to graphite, fabric sculptures, trompe l'oeil paintings, shadow work, pastel portraits, cermaics, and flattened-out crumpled-up internet images.
